Dont know too much about these guys, but we have a pretty good record of bringing over Aussie assistants

Hornby been with Souths for last 5 years as development coach then assistant plus time as caretaker coach. 
Hannay has done a fair bit as assistant at the Cowboys and the Sharks with spells as HC. Been with Queensland as one of the assistant coaches quite a few years now. 
Be very surprised if we don't go down this route again but you never know lately.
